Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to departure time for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made from 48 to 24 hours before departure are subject to a 50% penalty.
• Cancellations received within 24 hours or less are subject to a 100% penalty.
• No-shows are penalized at 100%.

 

Modification Policy:

• Modification requests are subject to availability.
• If accommodating a date change is not possible, our cancellation terms will apply.

Transport Service:

• A written request via email is required for us to assist in arranging this service according to the booked tour.
• It may have an additional cost in your booking depending on the location for some tours.
• We provide pick-ups at hotels near Manuel Antonio & Quepos area for all our
• Transportation with pick-up outside the specified areas incurs an additional cost per person.
• The additional transportation fee will be disclosed with your reservation via email and is to be paid at the start of the activity on the same day of your arrival.
